My name is Juan Ignacio Calvo and I studied Communication Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires and Art Direction at the Advertising Association in Argentina and Escuela Industria.

Since 2009 I have had the opportunity to be part of many worldwide well-known agencies like DDB, Leo Burnet, and R/GA. Now I hold the Executive Creative Director At Wunderman Thompson.

During my career, I worked for global brands like Nike, Movistar, Sony Music, Volkswagen, Mcdonald´s, Peugeot, Samsung, Heineken, Unilever, Tuenti, and Patagonia beer. I also had the possibility of helping to develop communication strategies for key local brands and initiatives.

My work has been recognized with more than 130 awards at the world's most important festivals: Cannes, Clio, New York Festival, Art Directors Club, One Show, Effie, Ojo de iberoamérica, FIAP, Lapiz de Platino, Lapiz de Oro, Wave, Epica, Diente (Argentine creative circle), Lia, IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau), also in publications such as Wired, Contagious, Adage, Adweek, The Drum, Campaign.
